When three organizations came together for a high-stakes data center project, the potential for conflict was massive. Discover how Everything DiSC® transformed 80+ team members from multiple companies into a cohesive, collaborative powerhouse that continues to deliver results under pressure.
Challenge
A major technology firm’s hyperscale data center project brought together three distinct organizations under intense pressure. The Joint Venture between two general contractors—one experienced, one new to data centers—needed to build trust and alignment with the demanding owner while delivering on an aggressive timeline.
The Storm
Owner-contractor relationships on projects of this magnitude typically face severe strain from budget pressures and scheduling demands. With multiple organizations, different working styles, and high stakes, the potential for conflict was significant.
