The DiSC model describes four observable behavioral styles that show how people tend to respond to challenges, interact with others, and make decisions. These styles are:

D (Dominance): Fast paced, action oriented, focused on results. Traits include being direct, firm, and strong willed.

i (Influence): People centered, expressive, and collaborative. Known for being outgoing, enthusiastic, and optimistic.

S (Steadiness): Calm, supportive, and patient. Described as even tempered, accommodating, and humble.

C (Conscientiousness): Analytical, precise, and detail focused. Traits include being systematic, reserved, and private.

Each person is a blend of all four styles and no style is better or worse than the other.
