Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with four different leaders to learn why they chose to bring DiSC® to their company retreats and off-sites.

Here are their stories:

  • Wyld
When I joined forces with Natasha and Rick at Wyld, a cannabis company, they were looking to build the skills of their sales leaders and increase their ability to collaborate remotely. After our laughter-filled workshop in early June, the sales, marketing and sales operations teams have grown in their self-awareness, ability to communicate and their sensitivity to one another. Wyld continues to cultivate a culture of DiSC® – having expanded assessment and training to several more teams and even certified one of their own staff to conduct workshops at the company!
  • Pacific Research and Evaluation
Kristi and Steve at Pacific Research and Evaluation reached out to me based on the recommendation from another local company. Their team had grown substantially over the past year – and they were looking to supercharge their team’s connection and collaboration in a remote environment. DiSCovering DiSC® provided a fun and informative day for their team. They expect to extend the benefits gained at their September retreat by using the Catalyst™ platform for self-learning and team-building in the coming weeks and months.

But you don’t have to take my word for it – both teams recorded videos of their experiences that you can view on my YouTube channel.

Wondering how the DiSCovering DiSC® Workshop could make a real difference for your team?
